Management Information Systems Internship – Summer 2023

Responsibilities:

1. – Develop innovative, high-quality IT support solutions within Zendesk
2. – Help define business and customer needs and processes
3. – Work with project team/sponsors on implementing solutions to those needs
4. – Participate in requirements analysis
5. – Help build enhancements within existing applications

 

Qualifications:

1. – Seeking an undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems or related area
2. – Available to work from May-August 2023
3. – Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills
4. – Excellent verbal and written communication
5. – Organized with the ability to meet deadlines and contribute to team success
6. – Technology-first mindset, outstanding analytical skills, and drive for innovation
7. – Ability to work effectively and productively in a team or independently
